With this policy, you are entitled to return the purchased product at any time, in the event that the product was purchased by mistake or is not functional. Our customer service will welcome your every request, and our tech team will be readily available to help you solve any problem.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Returns, refunds and replacements are entirely free of charge and guaranteed. It is extremely easy to submit a claim for a return, a refund or a replacement. All you must do is contact our customer service, explain the type of problem you are experiencing, and our team will promptly process your request. Our customers’ satisfaction is the most important thing for us.

1.1 – your product return or refund will be approved immediately if:

The customer states that the product was purchased accidentally/by mistake.

The customer states that the product is not functional. (The customer must provide proof of this statement.)

The customer states that the product has not been used by the customer and shall not be used in the future.

The customer states that the product has not been transferred to third parties and shall not be transferred in the future.
*n/b. customer statements shall be formalized and shall therefore have full legal validity.
If claims comply with the requirements set forth in 1.1, a refund shall be issued within 14 business days.
At any event, all replaced or returned products shall be blocked and shall no longer be usable. Currently activated products will cease working on the devices on which they have been activated.
REPLACEMENT
1.2 – your replacement request shall be immediately approved if:

At any event, all replaced or returned products shall be blocked and shall no longer be usable. Previously activated products will stop working on the devices on which they have been activated.
